Generates fragments of the sizes 23,130, 9416, 6557, 4361, 2322, 2027, 564, and 125 bp. These DNA molecular mass markers are supplied with a protocol describing easy labeling of the markers with radioisotopes. They can also be stained with ethidium bromide. One tube contains 200µg.
